Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-13, effective October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between Chen Doytshman, a licensed dealer registered in Israel, of Tel Aviv, Israel ("RabbitSync", "we", "us" or "our"), and the person or organization that accepts them ("you" or "your").

You accept these Terms by ticking the box that says you agree to them when you sign up, or by using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you create an account for an organization, you accept these Terms on that organization's behalf and confirm that you are authorized to bind it. In that case "you" means the organization. Every person who joins an account also accepts these Terms for their own use of the Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these Terms and applies when we process personal data on your behalf.

1. The Service

1.1 What RabbitSync does. RabbitSync keeps data in sync between applications you connect, such as Notion and Google Sheets (your "Connected Apps"). You choose what to connect, what to sync, how fields map to each other, in which direction data flows and how often. The "Service" means the RabbitSync web application at app.rabbitsync.io, its APIs and features, and the website at rabbitsync.io.

1.2 Accounts and members. Syncs, connected apps and billing belong to an account (an organization), not to one person. An account has admins and members. Admins manage members, billing and settings, and are responsible for who they invite.

1.3 Changes to the Service. We develop the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a billing period you have already paid for.

1.4 Beta features. Features we label as beta, preview or early access are offered as they are, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and are excluded from any commitment in these Terms about how the Service performs.

2. Eligibility and your account

2.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2.2 Accurate information. You must give accurate sign-up information and keep your email address current. We send important notices to it.

2.3 Security. You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for activity in your account. Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, trials and payment

3.1 Who sells the subscription. Subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. When you buy a subscription you buy it from Lemon Squeezy under its Buyer Terms, opens in a new tab, which govern the purchase itself: payment, taxes, invoices, payment disputes and refunds. These Terms govern your use of the Service. We never see or store your payment card details.

3.2 Trial. A new account may start with a free trial of a paid plan for the period shown when you sign up (currently 7 days), without a payment method. When the trial ends without a subscription, the account becomes read-only: your sync configurations and history stay visible, but syncs stop running until you choose a plan.

3.3 Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge the price of your plan, plus any applicable taxes, at each renewal.

3.4 Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your plan stays active until then.

3.5 Refunds. Fees are not refunded for partial billing periods or for unused features, except where the law requires it. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy under its Buyer Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a right to cancel or to a refund that you have under consumer protection law.

3.6 Price changes. We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it applies from your next renewal, never in the middle of a period you have paid for.

3.7 Plan limits. Each plan has limits, such as the number of records in sync and the number of sync runs per month, described on our pricing page and in the console. If an account goes over a limit, we notify its admins and allow a grace period (currently 7 days) to upgrade or reduce usage. After that, the Service stops the syncs that exceed the limit. We never delete your data to enforce a limit.

3.8 Failed payments and ended subscriptions. If a renewal payment fails, we notify the account's admins and Lemon Squeezy retries it. If a subscription ends because it was cancelled or remains unpaid, syncs stop. The record-level state that lets a sync pick up where it left off (record identifiers and fingerprints) is kept for 30 days so that you can reactivate, and is deleted after that; we tell admins the date in advance. Your sync configurations and run history stay until the account is deleted, and a sync resumed after the 30 days starts again as a first sync.

4. Your data

4.1 You own your data. "Customer Data" means the records and content in your Connected Apps that the Service reads, transforms or writes for you. As between you and us, you own all Customer Data. We claim no rights in it except the permission in section 4.2.

4.2 Our permission to use it. You allow us to access, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide and support the Service, to follow your instructions and to comply with the law.

4.3 Passthrough by design. RabbitSync is built to pass Customer Data through, not to keep it. Record content is processed in memory while a sync runs and is not stored in our databases. What we keep instead is what a sync needs to work: your configuration and field mappings, the names and types of fields, record identifiers, one-way fingerprints of record content used to detect changes, and the history of each run. The Privacy Policy describes this precisely, including the one case in which record content is held temporarily.

4.4 Your responsibilities. You are responsible for Customer Data and for having every right, consent and permission needed to sync it as you configure the Service, including under privacy law and under your agreements with your Connected Apps.

4.5 Usage data. We may use information about how the Service is used, which never includes the content of your records, to operate, secure and improve the Service, and we may publish it in aggregated form that does not identify you or any person.

5. Syncs change your data

5.1 The Service writes to your Connected Apps. A sync creates, updates and deletes records in your Connected Apps according to your configuration. That includes propagating a deletion from one side to the other, overwriting a value when a conflict is resolved by the rule you chose, and writing identifiers into your data where a sync needs them to match records.

5.2 You configure, review and keep backups. You are responsible for configuring your syncs, for reviewing what they will do before you enable them, and for keeping backups of data that matters to you. Most Connected Apps keep a version history; check how yours works before you sync important data.

5.3 Data loss. We are not responsible for changes to or loss of data that result from a sync working as you configured it, from the behaviour of a Connected App, or from your instructions. Our liability for anything else is limited as set out in section 13.

6. Connected Apps

6.1 Your agreements with them. Your use of each Connected App is governed by your own agreement with its provider, and you remain bound by it. You authorize the Service to access a Connected App by signing in to it through that provider. You can revoke that access at any time, in the console or with the provider.

6.2 We do not control them. Connected Apps are not our sub-processors. We are not responsible for their availability, security, data practices, API changes, usage quotas or rate limits, all of which can delay, limit or stop a sync.

7. AI features

7.1 What they do. Some features use AI models from third-party providers to make suggestions, such as which fields to map to each other and which fields identify a record.

7.2 Suggestions can be wrong. AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You decide whether to apply them, and you are responsible for reviewing them before you rely on them.

7.3 What the models see. To make a suggestion we send the AI provider structural information, such as the names of your databases, sheets and fields and their types, never the content of your records. Our providers do not use it to train their models. The Privacy Policy names them.

8. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  1. use the Service in breach of the law or of these Terms, or to sync content that is unlawful or that infringes anyone's rights;
  2. use the Service to send spam or to collect personal data without a lawful basis;
  3. probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass its security or authentication, or access another customer's data, except under a responsible disclosure agreed with us in writing;
  4. interfere with or overload the Service or a Connected App, for example by running syncs designed to exhaust its quotas;
  5. upload or transmit malicious code;
  6. circumvent your plan's limits, for example by splitting one account into several to avoid them;
  7. copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except to the extent the law allows it despite this restriction;
  8. resell the Service or provide it to others as a service of your own without our written agreement;
  9. scrape the website or the Service other than through the features and APIs we provide; or
  10. use the Service to build a competing product.

9. Suspension

We may suspend all or part of the Service for an account or a user, if it is reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use or a serious breach of these Terms. Where practicable we will tell you first, and we will restore access once the issue is resolved.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

10.1 Ours. We and our licensors own the Service, the website and all related software, designs, content and trademarks. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.

10.2 Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information secret, use it only for the purposes of these Terms, and disclose it only to people who need to know it and are bound by similar obligations, or where the law requires disclosure. Customer Data is your confidential information; the non-public parts of the Service, including its security measures, are ours. These obligations do not cover information that is public through no fault of the recipient, already known to it, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party.

12. Disclaimers

12.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12.2 We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, that syncs will complete within any particular time, that AI suggestions will be correct, or anything about how a Connected App behaves. We do not offer a service level agreement. The current status of the Service is published at status.rabbitsync.io.

12.3 If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the law of the country where you live that these Terms cannot exclude. This section does not affect them.

13. Limitation of liability

13.1 TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR DATA, EVEN IF IT WAS ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

13.2 TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE SERVICE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE LIABILITY, AND (B) 100 US DOLLARS.

13.3 These limits do not apply to your obligation to pay for the Service, to a breach of section 8, to your obligations under section 14, or to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13.4 If you are a consumer, this section does not limit any liability that the law of the country where you live does not allow to be limited.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend us against any claim by a third party arising from Customer Data, from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of the law, or from your breach of your agreement with a Connected App, and you will pay the damages and reasonable costs finally awarded against us or agreed in a settlement you approve. We will tell you promptly about the claim, let you control its defence, and cooperate with you at your expense.

15. Term and termination

15.1 Term. These Terms apply from when you first accept them until you stop using the Service and your account is closed.

15.2 By you. You can stop using the Service at any time. An admin can cancel the subscription and delete the account in the console.

15.3 By us. We may end these Terms for an account, or for a user, if it seriously breaches them and does not remedy the breach within 14 days of our notice, or immediately where the breach cannot be remedied or the law requires it. We may also stop offering the Service altogether by giving at least 30 days' notice, in which case we will arrange a refund of fees paid for the period after the Service ends.

15.4 What happens to your data. When an account is deleted, its syncs stop at once, our access to its Connected Apps is revoked, and its configurations and sync state are permanently deleted 7 days later. Data in your Connected Apps is not touched. What we keep after deletion, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

15.5 Survival. Sections 4.4, 5.3 and 10 to 18 survive the end of these Terms.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email and in the console at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. Other changes take effect when we publish them. Every version is published at rabbitsync.io/company/terms-of-service, with its version and effective date, and earlier versions stay available there.

17. Governing law and courts

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

17.2 Before starting proceedings, each party will try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after notifying the other in writing.

17.3 The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Either party may seek urgent interim relief in any competent court.

17.4 If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts that law makes available to you.

18. General

18.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If they conflict, the Data Processing Addendum prevails on the processing of personal data, and these Terms prevail otherwise. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms govern your purchase, not your use of the Service.

18.2 Notices. We send notices to the email address of your account or show them in the console. Send notices to us at [email protected], and legal notices also by post to the address above.

18.3 Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business or assets, and we will tell you.

18.4 Events beyond control. Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of Connected Apps, hosting providers or the internet.

18.5 Export and sanctions. You must comply with the export control and sanctions laws that apply to you. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list.

18.6 Severability and waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms remain in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

18.7 Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. These Terms create no partnership, agency or employment, and no rights for anyone who is not a party.

18.8 Language and electronic acceptance. These Terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation. Accepting them electronically has the same effect as signing them.
